247 Biz Toolkit™ (“Toolkit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business, communication, workflow, education, and support systems to individuals, small businesses, subcontractors, nonprofit partners, and other organizations. Our solutions include software-enabled tools, automation, scheduling, messaging, AI-assisted support, and human-in-the-loop services.

We are a human-first organization. We use technology to extend dignity, independence, and opportunity — not to replace human judgment, care, or professionalism.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information across our ecosystem.


2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to:

This Policy does not apply to PHI (Protected Health Information) or clinical medical data. We do not collect or store PHI and do not provide clinical medical care.

We collect information provided voluntarily or through normal product usage. This may include:

Names, email, phone numbers, mailing addresses, business names, position titles, or similar identifiers.

C. Payment Information

Payment data is processed by trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.

D. Technical Information

IP address, device type, browser type, OS, referring URLs, session timestamps, cookie data, usage patterns, and similar analytics.

E. Communications

Text messages, emails, support tickets, chat, and human + AI-assisted communications.

F. Non-Clinical Care & Workforce Data

For individuals participating in our subcontractor, workforce, or training ecosystem, we may collect:

✔ work preferences
✔ availability
✔ certifications (e.g., CNA)
✔ non-clinical experience
✔ skills & competencies
✔ languages spoken
✔ service areas
✔ interest indicators

We do not collect medical records or clinical health data.


4. Categories of Information We Do Not Collect

To protect our users, we do not request, store, or manage:

✖ PHI (e.g., diagnoses, treatment plans, medical charts)
✖ clinical decision-making data
✖ SSNs or taxpayer IDs (unless legally required & consented)
✖ protected military or classified information
✖ biometric or surveillance data
✖ sensitive financial data (bank info we avoid storing)

If such information is voluntarily provided by a user, we instruct that it not be stored in our systems.


5. How We Use Information

We do not use information to make automated medical or clinical decisions.


6. AI & Automation Use (Full Transparency)

We use AI-assisted tools to support:

✔ messaging, transcription & scheduling
✔ scoring assessments
✔ workflow automation
✔ customer support assistance
✔ knowledge retrieval
✔ documentation drafting

Key boundaries:

(1) Human Oversight
All AI-assisted outputs may be reviewed or escalated to human staff when necessary.

(2) No PHI / No Clinical Decisions
We do not train, diagnose, treat, or recommend medical courses of action.

(3) No User Data for Model Training
User data is not sold, licensed, or used to train public AI models.

(4) Auditability
We maintain logs of AI-assisted communications for quality and compliance where permitted.

(5) Escalation Safety
Users may request human-only support at any time.

(6) Optionality
AI use is a tool for efficiency — not a replacement for dignity or care.


7. Messaging & SMS (TCPA Disclosure)

By providing a phone number, users consent to receive SMS for:

✔ scheduling & reminders
✔ support & onboarding
✔ verification & updates
✔ optional workflow automation
✔ occasional promotional content (opt-in only)

Users may STOP to opt-out or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell SMS data, and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.


8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through third-party PCI-compliant vendors such as:

✔ Stripe
✔ PayPal

We do not store full credit card numbers.


9. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell data.
We may share limited data with:

✔ subcontractors (for service coordination)
✔ scheduling & workflow platforms

10. Retention & Deletion

Retention follows operational need and legal requirements. Users may request deletion of retained data, subject to:

11. Children & Vulnerable Populations

We do not knowingly collect data from minors without consent.
We do not request PHI or clinical data for vulnerable populations.


12. International & Governmental Compliance

We are compatible with:

✔ WIOA workforce reporting
✔ nonprofit coordination
✔ SAM.gov & VA non-clinical procurement
✔ enterprise vendor onboarding

We are not a HIPAA covered entity.


13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and procedural safeguards. No internet transmission is 100% secure.


14. Changes to This Policy

Policy may update periodically. Material changes will be posted.
