Last Updated: January 11, 2026
Effective Date: Upon Publication
1. Overview
247 Biz Toolkit™ (“Toolkit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software-enabled business tools, messaging systems, workflow automation, AI-assisted support, subcontractor enablement tools, and related services to businesses, individuals, subcontractors, and organizations (“Users” or “you”). These Terms govern access to and use of our Services.
By using Toolkit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Toolkit is a human-first system. AI and automation support efficiency and coordination, but they do not replace human judgment, discretion, or care.
2. Eligibility
Toolkit is intended for individuals and organizations capable of entering binding agreements and responsibly managing business systems. We may require identity verification for certain transactions or partnerships.
Toolkit does not provide clinical healthcare services, medical advice, or PHI handling, and is not intended for minors without consent.
3. Accounts & Access
Users may create accounts to access dashboard tools, CRM, messaging, ScoreApp funnels, automation, education, and onboarding features.
Users are responsible for:
✔ maintaining accurate account information
✔ securing login credentials
✔ complying with local laws in their jurisdiction
✔ only using Toolkit for lawful purposes
Toolkit may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing

✔ monthly subscriptions
✔ 3/6/12-month prepaid cycles
✔ commitment-based offers
✔ promotional cycles
✔ discounted bundles
Prepaid cycles may include benefits such as reduced pricing, priority support, or feature access. Toolkit may add new billing tiers over time.
5. Pause & Resume
Subscription accounts may be paused instead of cancelled. Pausing preserves account settings, data, and configuration for a defined period and allows for reactivation without full onboarding.
Pausing is a customer benefit and may be limited if abuse is detected.
6. Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions via dashboard controls or support channels. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund past payments unless expressly granted under Section 7.
Account data from cancelled accounts may be deleted or archived according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Refunds
Toolkit does not offer standard refunds on subscriptions, prepaid cycles, onboarding, training, or digital services once onboarding has begun or systems access has been granted.
However, Toolkit may issue discretionary goodwill refunds in cases of hardship, misalignment, or unique circumstances. Discretion will always remain with Toolkit and does not create a precedent or obligation.
This hybrid approach ensures fairness without enabling abuse.
8. Invoicing & Payment Processing
Payments are processed through trusted PCI-compliant processors such as Stripe and PayPal. Toolkit does not store full card numbers.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in service interruption.
9. AI & Automation Disclosures
